The most recent coleslaw recipe on Smitten Kitchen is fantastic, if you're looking for a recipe. I made it for something a couple of weeks ago and have already had more than one request to make it again. I think the post is called 'dead easy coleslaw' or something.
See my sister's recipe for grilled tarragon coleslaw - it will use up everything in your basket:

What a colorful post! I bet it was delicious. :-)
Thanks everyone.
I actually did a test run of two slaw recipes - the deady easy coleslaw and Ina Garten's, both on Smitten Kitchen. My verdict - sometimes, simple is best. (The grilled slaw also looked delicious, but grilling wouldn't be as convenient for this occasion.)
