CSA Week 7
Very exciting week in vegetables. Even Gizmo is intrigued. This week there were new options beyond the chard, lettuce, cabbage, spinach standbys. There were potatoes, hot peppers, purple! bell peppers, yellow squash, patty pan squash, zucchini, and basil. Very colorful.

I bought a couple of purple peppers at the farmers market yesterday. I confess to only buying them because they were purple because I generally don't like green or red peppers... hoping I'll like these. If I don't I will have to appreciate the novelty of them being purple and NOT buy them!
But I don't know what to do with them... what are you going to use them for?
